Do I need a gym?
Not necessarily, but you do need access to a barbell and plates!
Is this beginner friendly?
Absolutely.
How long are the workouts?
Generally about an hour. It may take more or less time depending on how long your breaks are.
What if I’m out of shape?
Doesn't matter!! This program, when done correctly and consistently, CAN help you get into shape.
With that being said, this is not an end-all solution. Your diet and your sleep will have to be on point or at least better than they were before.
