Yes! Our sessions are made for each individual person. To fit your schedule, lifestyle and your ability.
How many days a week do I have to workout?
That is up to you! We offer 2 or 3 sessions a week, so do what is best for you
When does the quad training begin?
We aim to get started our quad training in January 2026.
