Start Strong is a workout program for those who are new to working out. We want to help you learn how to lift properly, build confidence in the gym, and create lasting fitness habits.

IF YOU WORKOUT REGULARLY, THIS IS NOT FOR YOU!

The program combines weekly in-person coaching sessions with structured online workouts, giving you both guidance and flexibility. This hybrid approach allows people to learn proper technique, ask questions, and receive coaching while still having a program to follow on your own schedule throughout the week.

You will attend one coached session per week where you will learn the fundamentals of strength training. During this session, you are guided through key movements, proper technique, and the structure of the workouts that you will follow during the week.

For the remainder of the week, you follow the online training program, which outlines the workouts you will be doing independently. These workouts reinforce what was taught during the in-person session and help continue building strength and confidence.
